The advent of mobile communication and computing technology for supporting specific healthcare processes has made it increasingly important to understand the factors essential to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) acceptance by the health sector. This paper presents a multi-criteria decision model based on users' appraisals to evaluate wireless technology provision in a health service using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology. Providing that health-related activities stand to benefit from ICT endorsement, a study involving empirical data from three categories of health centres is pursued to distinguish users' priorities for mobile technology systems in the health service.
