Abstract

We present a variant of Chaum's voter verifiable election scheme that preserves the essential characteristics of the original whilst being significantly easier to understand and implement. The system allows voters to assure themselves that their vote has been accurately included in the tally whilst placing minimal dependence on the components of the system.
