Abstract

Pie-charts have become a widely used tool to visualise statistical findings.Commissioned to develop a new piece of work for The Basement, a large scale ceramic pie chart was developed in order to allow subtle changes, that occure through the process of repeat firing and glazing question the 'objective authority'of the charts.
